Our Services
You Transfer the Burden and Risk to Us

We take title, perform data erasure compliant with strict DOD guidelines, and recycle legally according to EPA policy and your company regulations.

  • We actually take title to your equipment and remove asset tags or labels that may identify the original owner. Legally, this absolves you of ALL issues.
  • Hard drives are wiped completely clean. We follow Department of Defense (5220.22-M) software with strict guidelines of 3x overwrites or destroy the hard drive by shredding it. If asset is non-functional or you prefer we shred it, no problem. To see our onsite video Click Here.
Your data will be 100% unrecoverable. You can be assured YOUR privacy is kept intact. We guarantee that our software will overwrite the drive or we shred it.
  • Equipment that is obsolete, non-functioning or beyond economic repair is disposed of properly. We dismantle whole units and separate into bi-products that are sent to "re-manufacturers" who follow strict EPA regulations. Nothing goes to the landfills.
  • Newer equipment may be repaired, but often the parts are more valuable in a working piece of equipment, so TRG separates like parts for reuse. Either way, we will still sanitize the hard drives so data integrity and privacy is not an issue. In addition, we'll do the legwork if you want to donate to charities of your choice. We can:
    • Arrange delivery from your facility and to the charity's, after the PCs have been wiped clean and tested.
    • Transfer of title/ownership
    • Certificate of Destruction/Recycling
    • Collect the 5013(c) paperwork and deliver to your accounting office.
  • TRG also provides NEW hardware, software and services for our business clients needing larger volumes of equipment and services.
